The Founder Museum

Hohoho, the next task was just announced!

To understand myself better, I am going to discover the following things about myself:

  • a company whose customer service you admire
  • a logo
  • a quote
  • a product design
  • a café with an atmosphere you love
  • a website
  • a packaging idea
  • a photograph
  • a painting
  • a business model
  • a handwritten note
  • anything that makes you think, "I want my company to feel like this."

Let's start one by one.

  • a company whose customer service you admire

Oh, definitely Smiirl. But only 50% of it. 50% of the team is absolutely fabulous. Gives a wish to reach out again.

  • a logo

How "unacceptable" of me is it to name my own logo?
Come on, I worked so hard to let all this start happening.
It's definitely the logo I appreciate the most.

  • a quote

"Better be alone than with whoever" & "You better starve than eat whatever"

  • a product design

I love all the unusable designs. Like a spoon with holes or a mug with the holder inside the mug. This type of thing. I absolutely love it. I love when things are created just to exist and make people wonder, and not to serve a purpose.

  • a café with an atmosphere you love

The café "Living room" in Kyiv from 2014 to 2019. Oh my god. What a place.

  • a website

Google Earth, lol.

Literally the best.

  • a packaging idea

I'd like to ship my clothing in a boot in the shape of Italy. Or in a wooden pack as Camambert is sold in. Or a globe that you open by pushing 4 particular points on it.

  • a photograph

The Woodstock photograph. What an apocalyptic joy of music and love.

  • a painting

I love everything made by Picasso.

  • a business model

Where people don't care about maximizing profit and care about what they actually do. And that it makes them happy. I love businesses that are made because the founder couldn't do without this self-expression any longer, not where they've calculated the profits, margins, and blablabla.

  • A handwritten note

Probably all the handwritten notes written by my family members. I am very sentimental.

  • anything that makes you think, "I want my company to feel like this."

"All the weirdos have a home. Or they create one from scratch"
